ABSTRACT

Rudimentary uterine horn is a rare clinical condition resulting from congenital malformation of female genital tract during embryogenic development. This condition might represent with a wide variety presentation and symptoms along with associated conditions. A young patient with acute and clinically confusing presentation which eventually diagnosed as rudimentary uterus is described.
