Description

About The Book

Trend in machine learning algorithm is rising nowadays. Industries are moving towards automation and Machine learning algorithm plays an impactful role in automation. Traditional methods like Rule based and statistical are not able to solve today’s complex problems. In this book, we aimed to solve some real-world challenges like sentiment analysis, toxic level detection, Depression detection for English and Hinglish language. Our book mainly focuses on classification of text using machine leaning and deep learning algorithms. We have explored recent text representation techniques like word2vec, GLOVE and fastext at character, word, and sentence level. We have also compared traditional text representation with recent semantic representation methods. Detailed comparative analysis has been done for the application using ML and DL approaches. We have shown the effect of convolutional neural network (CNN) and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) to extract local and sequential based features. Experimentation using Machine learning algorithms like Logistic regression, Support vector machine-based features extraction has been demonstrated along with results.
